The tender detail page is where you review all available information about an opportunity before deciding to bid. Understanding how to navigate this page efficiently will help you evaluate tenders quickly and make informed decisions.
What you can view
- Overview — The overview section shows the tender title, issuing organization, deadline, location, estimated value, currency, and a brief description. This is the first place to look when evaluating a new opportunity.
- Documents — All uploaded tender files are listed here. You can view, download, or replace documents. If a document was uploaded by another team member, you can see who uploaded it and when.
- Requirements — Mandatory and optional requirements extracted from the tender documents. Requirements are categorized by type and importance, making it easy to see what you must meet versus what is desirable.
- Evaluation Criteria — The scoring criteria used to evaluate bids, along with their weights. Understanding these criteria helps you prioritize sections in your proposal. For example, if technical approach accounts for 60% of the score, you should focus more effort on that section.
- Milestones — Key dates and deadlines throughout the tender process, including submission deadlines, clarification periods, and evaluation timelines.
