How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to authenticate users, maintain session security, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential (always on): keep you signed in and secure (Supabase authentication cookies) and remember your cookie choice (tendisha_consent, 1 year).
  • Analytics (only if you accept): tendisha_visitor_id (2 years), tendisha_session_id (session) and tendisha_attribution help us understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to Tendisha.
  • Support chat (only if you accept): the Tawk.to live chat widget sets its own cookies to keep your conversation with our support team.
  • Session replay (only if you accept): Sentry records anonymised replays of sessions, with all text masked and media blocked, to help us fix bugs.

We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page statistics. It does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising cookies.

Managing Cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether to allow non-essential cookies. Choosing "Essential only" turns off analytics, the support chat and session replay, and deletes analytics cookies already set. You can change your choice at any time.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in.

Third-Party Services

Tawk.to (support chat) and Sentry (error monitoring and session replay) process data under their own privacy policies. They are loaded only with your consent, except Sentry error reports, which contain no session recording and are needed to keep the service working.
