Security is a shared responsibility between Tendisha and its users. Following these guidelines helps protect your account, your data, and your tender information.
Best practices
- Use a strong password — At least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using dictionary words, personal information, or reused passwords.
- Review team members regularly — Periodically review who has access to your organization. Remove team members who no longer need access, such as former employees or contractors who have completed their work.
- Avoid uploading sensitive files unnecessarily — Only upload documents that are necessary for proposal generation. Avoid uploading documents that contain sensitive information that is not relevant to tenders.
- Sign out when using shared devices — If you are using a shared or public computer, always sign out of Tendisha when you are done. Do not select "Remember me" on shared devices.
- Enable two-factor authentication — Add an extra layer of security to your account. Two-factor authentication requires a second verification step in addition to your password.
- Be vigilant about phishing — Tendisha will never ask for your password via email or message. Be cautious of emails that ask you to click links and enter your login credentials.
