Managing your subscription is straightforward from the Billing page. You can view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel if needed.
What you can do
- View current plan and renewal date — See your current plan, billing cycle, and renewal date at a glance.
- Upgrade or downgrade plans — Change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Update payment method — Add or update the payment method used for billing. We support major credit cards and mobile money through Pesapal.
- View invoices — Access and download PDF copies of all your invoices for accounting and tax purposes.
- Cancel subscription — Cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How to manage
Go to Settings > Billing to access all subscription management options. From here, you can see your current plan, usage, and billing history. Click Upgrade Plan to change your plan or update your payment method.
