Tender Packs are one-time purchases that give you additional opportunities without committing to a higher subscription plan. They are ideal for occasional users or for times when you need extra capacity.
How to purchase
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Scroll down to the Tender Packs section.
- Click Buy Tender Pack on the pack you want to purchase.
- Complete payment through Pesapal.
- The Tender Pack is added to your account immediately after payment confirmation.
How Tender Packs work
Tender Packs provide a set number of additional opportunities or AI actions that you can use alongside your subscription plan. For example, if your plan includes 10 opportunities per month and you purchase a pack of 20, you will have 30 opportunities available until they are used or the period ends.
When to use Tender Packs
- When you have a one-time need for extra opportunities.
- When you are between subscription plans and need temporary access.
- When your team has a temporary surge in tender activity.
