Tendisha supports multiple payment methods through our secure payment processor, Pesapal. You can use credit cards, debit cards, or mobile money to pay for your subscription and Tender Packs.
Accepted methods
- Credit/Debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks. Cards are processed securely through Pesapals PCI-compliant payment gateway.
- Mobile money — Available in supported countries. Mobile money options include M-Pesa (Kenya, Tanzania), MTN Mobile Money (Uganda), and other regional providers.
- Bank transfer — Available for enterprise customers in some regions. Contact support to arrange bank transfer payments.
Managing payment methods
You can add or update payment methods from the Billing page. Click Update Payment Method to add a new card or change your existing payment method. All payment information is securely stored by Pesapal and is never exposed to Tendisha servers.
