Compliance Check

Check if your proposal meets all tender requirements.

Last updated: 8/26/2026•0 views

The Compliance Check is a critical quality assurance step that ensures your proposal addresses all mandatory requirements before submission. Running this check helps you avoid disqualification due to overlooked requirements and gives you confidence that your proposal is complete and compliant.

What it checks

  • Mandatory requirements addressed — Verifies that every mandatory requirement extracted from the tender document is addressed in your proposal. The system checks for relevant keywords, sections, and content.
  • Required documents included — Confirms that all required documents are uploaded and referenced in your proposal. This includes certificates, CVs, financial statements, and references.
  • Format requirements followed — Checks that your proposal follows the formatting requirements specified in the tender, such as page limits, font sizes, and section ordering.
  • Deadline compliance — Verifies that your proposal is ready for submission before the deadline. While the system cannot submit for you, it reminds you of the deadline and ensures you have enough time for final review.

How to run

  1. Open your proposal in the proposal editor.
  2. Click Compliance in the header. This opens the compliance check panel on the right side of the screen.
  3. Review the checklist. The compliance check displays each requirement with a pass, fail, or partial status. Passed requirements are highlighted in green, failed requirements in red, and partial requirements in yellow.
  4. Address any issues found. For each failed or partial requirement, click to see the details and suggestions for how to address it. Edit the relevant proposal section to resolve the issue.
  5. Re-run the compliance check after making changes to ensure all issues are resolved.

Compliance best practices

  • Run the compliance check early and often. Do not wait until the last minute to discover missing requirements.
  • Address all failed requirements before exporting your proposal.
  • Review partial requirements carefully. A partially addressed requirement may still result in point deductions during evaluation.
  • Use the compliance results to improve future proposals. Identify common gaps and address them in your Company Profile or proposal templates.
