Proposals in Tendisha are organized into sections that address different evaluation criteria. Understanding the purpose of each section and how to manage them effectively is key to creating a compelling, winning proposal.
Common proposal sections

- Understanding of Requirements — Show that you understand the scope. Demonstrate that you have carefully read and understood the tender requirements. Explain how you interpret the clients needs and what you believe success looks like.
- Methodology — How you will deliver. Describe your approach, processes, and methodologies in detail. Explain the steps you will take, the tools you will use, and how you will manage risks and quality.
- Team — Key personnel. Introduce the team members who will work on the project, highlighting their qualifications, experience, and roles. Explain why each person is the right choice for this project.
- Pricing — Your commercial offer. Present your pricing clearly and transparently. Explain how the price was calculated and what it includes. If there are different pricing options, explain the value of each.
