Notifications keep you informed about important events such as tender deadlines, proposal updates, and team invitations. Configuring your notification settings ensures that you receive relevant alerts without being overwhelmed.
Notification types
- Tender alerts — Notifications about new tenders that match your profile, deadline reminders for active tenders, and status changes.
- Proposal updates — Notifications when a proposal is created, updated, or submitted by a team member.
- Team invitations — Notifications when you are invited to join an organization or when a team member accepts your invitation.
- Billing reminders — Notifications about upcoming renewals, payment failures, and invoice availability.
How to configure
Go to Settings > Notifications to configure your notification preferences. You can choose to receive notifications via email, in-app, or both. You can also set quiet hours during which you will not receive notifications.
