Common errors
- Unsupported format — Upload PDF or DOCX only. Tendisha supports PDF and DOCX formats for tender documents. If you have a scanned document, use OCR software to convert it to a searchable PDF before uploading.
- Document too large — Keep files under 10MB. Large documents may take longer to process and may exceed system limits. Split large documents into smaller sections if possible.
- Password protected — Remove password protection before uploading. Password-protected documents cannot be read by the AI. Remove the password protection and re-upload.
- AI provider error — Temporary issue. Try again later. AI providers occasionally experience downtime or rate limiting. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the error persists, contact support.
Resolving analysis errors
When you encounter an analysis error, first check the error message for specific guidance. Common resolutions include converting the document to a supported format, reducing file size, or removing password protection. If the error is on the system side, try again after a short wait. If problems continue, contact support with the error details and the document you are trying to analyze.
